Business development through training
  • Identifying the key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to be trained (e.g. multipliers, suppliers, potential customers, etc.).

  • Developing the strategy and roadmap for training, in consideration of short- and long-term objectives and of the possible approaches (e.g. proactive organisation of training, incorporation of training modules in existing curricula; training in the market or on-site at the technology supplier).

  • Identifying and engaging strategic partners for the training (e.g. industry associations, local academic and vocational training institutions, and other suppliers of training).

  • Mobilisation of funds to develop and implement trainings.

  • Facilitation of training programme development in cooperation with (local) training partners.

  • Mobilising other European/German companies for partnering on training initiatives in target markets.
