Identifying the key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to be trained (e.g. multipliers, suppliers, potential customers, etc.).
Developing the strategy and roadmap for training, in consideration of short- and long-term objectives and of the possible approaches (e.g. proactive organisation of training, incorporation of training modules in existing curricula; training in the market or on-site at the technology supplier).
Identifying and engaging strategic partners for the training (e.g. industry associations, local academic and vocational training institutions, and other suppliers of training).
Mobilisation of funds to develop and implement trainings.
Facilitation of training programme development in cooperation with (local) training partners.
Mobilising other European/German companies for partnering on training initiatives in target markets.
