As a small, focused and knowledge-driven consulting company, we like to pro-actively contribute to designing the agenda in the sector. We do not understand ourselves just as contractors for designed projects, just following the defined Terms of References.

Based on our experiences from a lot of work in the field (e.g. in the context of the development and implementation of concrete pilot and demonstration projects), we always make efforts to conclude the lessons learned and give recommendations for the further development of the green solutions market. These learnings and conclusions are fed into the training & coaching and the dialogue with private & public stakeholders. We also actively support the design of new programmes.

As our driving motivation is to effectively contribute to the inclusive, sustainable growth of local economies based on the usage of green solutions, we are not interested in rushing. Our approach is to take time for REFLECTIONS, to hold on sometimes and to think about what we can learn and how interventions can be structured effectively to optimise the impact.
