Organisational development for associations in the Nigerian RE/EE sector:
- Assessment of RE/EE associations in Nigeria, their strengths and weaknesses, as well as their motivation and interests: Semi-structured interviews and meetings with business associations, member companies and other stakeholders.
- Development and analysis of various scenarios for a stronger cooperation between the associations (including the possibility of an umbrella association), in consideration of approaches and lessons learnt from other countries.
- Organisation and facilitation of a stakeholder dialogue, to come to a common understanding on how individual business associations can be strengthened and to what extent the cooperation among each other can be promoted.
- Development of operational procedures for the cooperation between associations and recommending a structure of supporting the strengthening of associations and of their cooperation.
