Consultancy on setting up a Project pipeline (RE/EE) for the Rwandan Bank of Kigali as part of a framework agreement between the GCPF and GFA:
- Supporting the portfolio screening of the Bank of Kigali; analysis of financing opportunities in framework of the current portfolio and of financing opportunities with potentially new customers.
- Development of a pipeline of EE/RE projects: Assessment of the financing potential with regard to the dynamics in the various RE/EE market segments and the current finance landscape, semi-structured meetings with market experts, Rwandan authorities, private sector players (project developers, investors and suppliers), finance institutions, etc.
