Scope of Service: Coaching and advisory services on

  • Assessing the (monetary) benefits of solar cold rooms (for operator, cold room users etc.), based on solar rooms in operation, on the observed storage behaviour and on assessment of planned sites.
  • Review of the cooling fee.
  • Analysis of the profitability of installed solar cold rooms (financial modelling), based on daily records about loading volume.
  • Development of a business plan, esp. the refining of the business model and a 5-year financial plan.
  • Further developing the business model (considering e.g. leasing and franchise).
