Dr Georgia Badelt has been working in the field of green economy, renewable energies and energy efficiency for 20 years.
After having held various management positions in Business Membership Organisations and development cooperation organisations, she founded her own company, GeoCode International. From her background, Georgia is an economist/energy economist, holding a double Master of Economics (University of Cologne) and International Management (HEC Paris and BOCCONI Milano). She wrote her PhD (RWTH Aachen) on industrial energy efficiency in transition economies such as China.
Georgia gained her international experiences through living and working in many countries across the world, including China, India, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Lebanon, France and Italy. She is married and has 2 children.

Sabine Sibler is an engineer who holds an MSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a co-founder of GeoCode International.
Since 2008, she has been working in the field of water supply, water resource management and wastewater treatment concerning energy efficiency. Before coordinating international projects in Brazil, Bangladesh and Kenya, Sabine had been working for 4 years at the prestigious Swiss Water Research Institute (Eawag).
