Scope of Service: Coaching on

  • Analyzing the profitability of solar PV investments of C&I (commercial and industrial energy consumers), incl. finance modelling.
  • Developing finance offers to potential C&I customers (incl. leasing offers, PPAs, partnerships with banks etc.).
  • Project pipeline development (incl. developing a customer dossier).
  • Developing a business plan, incl. 5-year financial analysis for the overall business.
  • Fundraising etc.
