- Training on business models for various renewable energy technologies (e.g. lease-to-own model, fee-for-service, etc.), their features, and on financial modelling.
- Developing business models for solar cold storages, solar dairy chillers, solar aerators for fishing and for solar PV rooftop systems, in consideration of international good practices.
- Collecting data from specific sites in Bangladesh (e.g. for analysing the affordability of prices/fees).
- Analysing the feasibility of the selected technologies and the various business models, financial modelling.
- Mobilising potential investors (dairy processing companies) for investing in solar dairy chillers.
- Coaching of the project team to collect (further) input data which are required for analysing the feasibility of business models.
- Coaching of the project team on forthcoming procedures with regard to pilot projects, and concepts for deployment of the selected renewable energy technologies.
